Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is widely used in gas detection of SF6 decomposition components. A cell an important element the system, which can directly affect accuracy and sensitivity detection. During long-term use cell, components may be adsorbed on inner wall affects results life cell. Therefore, study adsorption between material component great significance for improving In this paper, based density functional theory, process degree (SOF2, SO2F2, CO, SO2, H2S) with three typical main materials (Al, Cu, Fe) two coating (Teflon Au) were simulated. It was found that Teflon Au weak five weakest. The energy 2.65–6.31 times Teflon. simulation also verified by FTIR GC-Materials Studio (MS) method. showed had weakest influence spectral absorption peak effect SOF2 SO2F2 peaks only less than 0.1. chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) effects concentration 2%–9.41% Fe, Al 4.48%–65.43%. are suitable as cells, reduce improve measurement. paper provide a reference development application optical technology
